Picabulary provides vocabulary learning features based on photos, topics, quizzes, and related tools. Features may change, improve, or be limited (including free quotas and ads).
You may sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and being eligible to use the Service under applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, illegal use, or violation of these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes; upload content you do not have rights to use; upload illegal, abusive, sexual, hateful, or infringing content; attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the Service; bypass usage limits, ads, security, or authentication; or impersonate others or misuse another person’s account.
You keep ownership of photos and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve Picabulary learning features (including OCR, stickers, translations, topic generation, and library sync). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
Vocabulary extraction, translations, topic generation, and related outputs may be produced by automated systems and AI providers. Results may be incomplete or incorrect. Picabulary is a learning aid, not a guarantee of linguistic accuracy.
Picabulary is free to start. Free scans or features may be limited. After the free allowance, some actions may require watching a rewarded ad served by Yandex Advertising Network. We may change limits, ads, or availability at any time.
The Picabulary name, branding, design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
